Dermot Bannon Architects have worked with Kyne Construction on a residential project in Clontarf, consisting of the renovation of and extension to an existing dwelling. During the process we have enjoyed working with Paddy and his team, finding them at all times to be courteous, attentive to detail and pleasant to deal with. The project in Clontarf involved the construction of a semi-basement with specialist engineering and water-proofing solutions involved. Kyne Construction have paid particular attention to the specifics of these critical elements, ensuring the construction is in strict accordance with the design and allowing us to have confidence in their ability to work to an agreed set of instructions. Paddy and his team did an excellent job completely renovating and extending our 1970’s city center mews into the modern and highly efficient mews that it is today. Importantly Paddy delivered the project on time, on budget, was easy to engage with and most importantly was always available after completion at short notice for any snags however minor that occurred.
